Convicted woman beater Chris Brown has a few words for Ray Rice -- seek professional help before you lose your temper again.Chris told Sway from MTV ... he thinks he's learned how to make better choices, and how to release emotions without getting violent ... since beating Rihanna in 2009 -- though he's had a string of legal issues that say otherwise.Chris advised Rice ... "It's all about how you control yourself" -- and revealed he still goes to a shrink twice a week. He actually sounds pretty insightful ... especially when he talks about avoiding becoming a monster.
